BCA is more productive and favorable for getting jobs in the corporate sector; while B.Sc. IT is more suitable for making careers in the academia and disciplinary research.

B.Sc. IT is the preferred course, but you can also pursue BCA to become an ethical hacker because both the course have good scope and provide you with enough knowledge about computer and it's applications.

That totally depends on what you wanna do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work harder than others. The reason why I am telling you is that in B.Sc. The focus is on theoretical knowledge rather than BCA where you will learn about applications. List of some of the Top and best private colleges in India are the following

According to me, BCA is better than B.Sc because BCA is more concerned with software technology and its applications in practical than B.Sc.
