Which one will be better for me, B.Sc in information technology or BCA?
I want to become an ethical hacker.

BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications and is concerned with applications of computers. It is a 3-year graduation degree course generally for those students who want to learn computer languages and who want to join software firms after it. Higher education opportunities include MCA and MBA.
B.Sc IT deals with information technology and its applications. This degree is primarily focused on subjects such as software, databases, wireless and networking. Jobs in IT are found to be recession dependent, but let's hope for the better and talk about positives. -
As per my opinion and my knowledge, you must go for BCA, as you also know that today's world is an environment of IT and need aspirants pursuing a career in the same field, and so by doing this course you can increase your chances of selection and have bright future ahead. All the best and have a great life ahead.

As you are looking towards IT industry and want to become an ethical hacker then I'd recommend you to go for BCA because BCA is a technical course which is fully oriented towards IT, whereas, B.Sc is a general course. Therefore, in your case, BCA will provide much more value to become an ethical hacker.
