    Although choosing an MBA specialisation is majorly driven by your professional interests and career goals, students should also take into account factors such as the number of full-time and internships opportunities in that domain, salary packages, the business school's reputation for that field, and the quality of faculty and pedagogy on offer. MBA in Finance, Marketing and HR are very lucrative fields of specialisation. All these branches of MBA offer opportunities in various sectors and with exciting job opportunities. Although, choosing which field should you specialise in totally depends on your interests.

    Dear Aspirant, You can select any of the streams as per your interest. All the specialisation gives you a good career path. The main objective of an MBA is to master fundamental business and managerial skills in a student. All MBA specialisation like HR, Finance and Marketing Management are rewarding career paths in their own way. The MBA course is designed in such a way that the student should acquire knowledge about business and develop skills like presentation skills, negotiation, advertising etc. Generally all subjects are common in the first year of MBA.     It completely depends on your preference and domain of interest. Each of these fields have equal and booming growth, it completely depends upon your choice. Finance, marketing, HR, operations, business analytics, etc. all these are good options to a PG on. Take the decision wisely based on your strengths and career goals.
