B.Sc. Microbiology will prepare you for M.Sc. Microbiology. B.Sc. Biotechnology is another subject which you can do. Other Science subjects make you eligible, but you will have a tough time.

As per my experience and opinion for doing M.Sc in microbiology, you have to choose Biology as a compulsory subject in B.Sc for graduation degree. If you have Biology in your graduation degree, then you can pursue in M.Sc in microbiology, because in microbiology there is biology as a compulsory subject.

Microbiology is the specialisation you should choose. The students who have completed their Bachelors in microbiology or biotechnology opt for Masters in microbiology as they are trained in the basics and the laboratory skills and techniques.
