Hotel management is a highly sought after career, and its training requires a whole lot of practicals during the programme. This practical trainings are highly resource intensive and require a lots of investments and highly qualified experts to deliver the trainings. Both these universities are doing a good job, but the sheer size and resources at the disposal of LPU takes it to a different level altogether. You can well imagine the passion which LPU has for practical trainings as it has established a huge inhouse hotel within the campus for exposure to students. Some parameters on which you must compare the institutions are: #Best facilities, infrastructure and equipment. #Trainers/ educators must be well qualified and experts in their fields. #Industry interface: Your college must make it sure that before you pass the degree, you have done ample internships/projects in industry that you don't find it difficult to adapt to highly demanding jobs later on. #The teaching pedagogy of the college must be practical oriented. #The course must include the training on the relevant software like fidelio. #Placements, since your ultimate aim is to make a career, whats better than having an offer in hand before you pass the degree. Per my 16 years of experience as an educator, I feel LPU has done some excellent work in all these and is now way ahead of all the private education providers in the country. Hope this helps. DVD.

Hi Disha, In my opinion, I would suggest Chandigarh University. CU has been awarded as the world's fastest growing university. It is NAAC A+ with an unbeatable placement record. Top companies visit here like JW Marriott, Oberoi, TAJ, The Grand and many more. Students of Hotel Management are provided with the well - equipped kitchens. Many field trips are arranged for the students in different hotels to get better practical exposure. CU has many tie-ups with national and international companies as well and students get chance to do internships there. I hope my answer is helpful for making a choice.
