    Hello Ram Chauhan, if I may say so you are a bit confused perhaps. We normally use the word lateral admission when a student who has completed his Diploma in engineering is seeking admission directly into second year of four year degree course of engineering. But you are already doing your engineering from college and interested in changing you are college. Right? Frankly speaking it's very tough to do this. Theoretically it is possible to do this when the college in which you want to go belongs to the same university and the same branch you want to take admission.
