The demand of IT professionals is increasing not only in India, but also abroad. Go for B.Sc CS or BCA After the completion of the course, the student can find a job in reputed IT companies like IBM, Oracle, Infosys, and Google. The student can work as a system engineer, junior programmer, web developer or as a system administrator. This field provides you ample opportunities to make your career not only in private sector but also in the public sector. The government organization like NIC, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and India Navy also recruit large number of computer professionals for their IT department. The best universities are:

It totally depends on your interest but since you took PCM you should go for B.Sc in mathematics and if you are more focused in programming then go for B.Sc in computer science.

First of all, your interest in a particular subject is more important. Although, I would suggest you opt for B.Sc Mathematics because, in class 12th, you had PCM, this will help you to fill the forms of defence services if you want.

As per me, it would be better if you take B.Sc (Hons) in computer science and on the other side, it would be great if you choose a course in which you have interest.

There will be many better options, but the foremost thing depends upon your area of interest. So, first sit down for few minutes, search what you wish to do and what you want your life to be and which subject you can master like it's only yours. Get an answer. Definitely, then it would help you. If you come forward with it I will definitely help you out with it. Hope you understand why I am saying you this. I can just simply say you the subjects but they can be of my own interest. So please hold on and have a look.

Both IPU and DU are public/ government universities and are one of the oldest universities. DU admissions are tough because of the high cutoff for some colleges, whereas for IPU, admissions are comparatively easy for some colleges with low cut-offs. The infrastructure of colleges affiliated with IPU is comparatively better than that affiliated with DU. The fee is another factor that makes DU a preference among students. In the end, it depends on the students, which university is better for them.

Every BA course pursued from DU is the best. But a few specializations that are highly-regarded in DU colleges are BA (Hons) Political Science, BA (Hons) Economics, BA (Hons) English, BA (Hons) History, and BA (Hons) Psychology. Gargi College, Hansraj College, LSR College, Hindu College, Kirori Mal College, Miranda House, Ramjas College, etc., are some great options for BA courses, and the admissions are based on a merit system.
