Mathematics is mother of all languages
This is a field that will completely transform you, that's the power of mathematics. But there is a condition you'll have to love this subject in order to pursue your education in it. If you want to graduate just for name sake, or hate mathematics then choosing this wouldn't be a pleasant experience. Assuming that you love mathematics, it gives a wide variety of opportunities. You can finally understand how important theorems in different subject works because now your brain will no longer fear the theorems instead you'll jump and start solving them. Hope it helps.

B.Sc (Hons) (Computer Science) have more scope than B.Sc (Hons) (Mathematics). Job opportunities are more in CS than Mathematics. Also final year mathematics is quite tough compare to final year of B.Sc (CS)

Go with B.Sc (hons) Mathematics or Physics because B.Sc. Computer Science is not going to provide you a job, because of B.Tech CS students.

Both IPU and DU are public/ government universities and are one of the oldest universities. DU admissions are tough because of the high cutoff for some colleges, whereas for IPU, admissions are comparatively easy for some colleges with low cut-offs. The infrastructure of colleges affiliated with IPU is comparatively better than that affiliated with DU. The fee is another factor that makes DU a preference among students. In the end, it depends on the students, which university is better for them.

Every BA course pursued from DU is the best. But a few specializations that are highly-regarded in DU colleges are BA (Hons) Political Science, BA (Hons) Economics, BA (Hons) English, BA (Hons) History, and BA (Hons) Psychology. Gargi College, Hansraj College, LSR College, Hindu College, Kirori Mal College, Miranda House, Ramjas College, etc., are some great options for BA courses, and the admissions are based on a merit system.
