Will I get a UGC approved degree from those private universities whose compliance to UGC norms are still awaited till UGC's next visit?

    * I will rather suggest you to please opt for a universities those are already approved by the UGC and State Legislative as well, rather than taking risk on the one which is not approved yet.* To the best of my knowledge, Lovely Professional University is one of the best private Universities created under the Punjab State Private University Act 2005.     Hi,
    Lovely Professional University is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India for the coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of university education in India, under section 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956. So don't worry at all.

    Hi Bhavuk Jain,
    UGC degree is given only by UGC approved universities. LPU is UGC approved hence you will get a UGC degree.

    LPU is UGC approved, so obviously your degree will also be UGC approved.
