Will I get admission for Masters in computer engineering in Canada? My BE CPI is 6.05. I have completed my BE in CSE>

I have obtained 6 band in IELTS i.e. (L-6.5,R-5.5,W and R 6.0). I have 10 backlogs in my BE.

    Well, considering your academic score and the number of backlogs, let me be frank to tell you that it is not even average and if a university was to consider your academics itself for admission in M. Tech, then they would not even consider your application (to be very honest).
    But, don't get disheartened, there is always more for you to do.
    Your IELTS test score is also average. So, what you need to do now is to improve your IELTS score to such a score that it would camouflage your academics performance.
    Apart from this, you should try and get into some projects or get LOR (Letter of Recommendation) from your concerned faculty.
