Am I eligible for MBA with graduation 75% and MAT 74 percentile? I do not have work experience will that affect during placements?

You have a very good score and you are very much eligible for for MBA at ABBS. Work experience does not effect much to your placements. If a company is coming up for placements then it will offer comparatively same package for all the students.
