If finance interests you then go for CA and if you are interested in company law then go for CS. Both have their own benefits.

Both the courses go parallel in industry. CA will manage the accounting, taxation issues and at the same time CS act as a compliance officer.he will be responsible for dischar ging his duties as a legal and secretarial officer. There is a great avenues for both the courses. There is no such a course which fits for everyone. One should opt very carefully after knowing the personal choice, skills and competence.

Both are different things if you are good at Accounts opt for CA and CS is good if you want to go ahead with your studies like if you are MBA or M.com want a pestigious certificate the CS or ICWA is good option as CA have compulsory 3 year article ship under CA only but in CS you will have flexibility if you working some where then you will be exempted from Industrial training as per job opportunity CA and CS will get equivalent job opportunities
