Yes, international students studying in Sweden can work while studying. Please note that, students from the EU/EEA and Switzerland have the right to work in Sweden without a work permit. However, non-EU/EEA international students allowed to work part-time during their studies for up to 20 hours per week, and full-time during scheduled breaks. The study permit to Sweden allows international students to work-while studying in Swedish universities. There are plenty of jobs for international students in Sweden such as tutor, waiter, receptionist, etc.
