    Since it seems that you are interested in both the programs so for better understanding for your reference just let me start with the Basic difference of B.Tech. & B.Sc. In Bio-Technology domains. B.Sc. Is pure Science (less Practical Labs, less Industry Exposure) while B.Tech is Technology oriented with Industry driven curriculum. B.Tech is a 4 years course while B.Sc. Is a 3 years course. In B.Tech Biotechnology you will learn about other branches of engineering also in & your first year whereas in B.Sc.
