I'd like to respond to this as I'm an alum. The Indian Council for Agricultural Research, or ICAR, is its full name. OfCourse! LPU is acknowledged by ICAR. B.Sc. (Hons. ). (Hons. ). The National Agricultural Education Board of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, a self-governing organisation charged with coordinating agricultural education and research in India, has accredited the M.Sc. Ag. (Genetics & Plant Breeding), M.Sc. Ag. (Agronomy), and M.Sc. Ag. Horticulture (Fruit Science) programmes to ICAR. The Ministry of Agriculture's Department of Agricultural Research and Education is its parent organisation.
