Does LPU provide good placements for mechanical engineering?

Mechanical engineering deals with the working and functioning of electrical equipment, heavy machines, different materiel to make human life easy, and motor vehicles which has a large scope in the future markets. My younger brother studied at LPU at the same stream. When it comes to placements, There are more than 100 companies that are coming to LPU for the recruitment of mechanical students. The packages vary from 3 Lacs to 12 Lacs per annum. On average, the packages are 5 Lacs in a very core company which gradually sees a couple of rapid promotions based on your handwork. Students have got top packages from leading tech companies. Students of Mechanical engineering are placed in Honda, VOLTAS, XL Dynamics, Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, Hero MotoCorp, Hyundai Constructions, and many more. *Apart from their placements, LPU also provides rich support to its students to focus on their entrepreneurship projects that can help the student set up their own business. *Yes, LPU is good for in terms of mechanical engineering placements as my own brother experienced it. In addition to the above, he told me The school has well qualified and experienced faculty members with specialisation in various fields like, Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering, CAD/CAM, Engineering Design, Manufacturing Technology, Metallurgy, Robotics, Thermal Engineering, etc. Projects and Applications The Department takes immense pride in offering innovative Live Projects that will help in providing technical exposure to the students while developing a state of the art applications. Large-scale fieldwork is required and mechanical students keep developing themselves working in their respective workshops and their live projects. Many people have their views that LPU students study less but to complete the statement, I would say that the students work hard. The most prominent and wide tech fest for mechanical students is the GO Kart race that took place in LPU for consecutive years and LPU is bagging the top position in the race. International tech-fests and competitions encourage all-round development in LPU students in addition to giving them international exposure. My brother has completed B.Tech Mechanical from Lovely Professional University, LPU is helping him grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. Few points told by my brother who did his studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision: A Mechanical Engineering student goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end the latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. All a student has to do is to maintain a good academic record and personality to ensure his/her placement. He told me, Mechanical Engineering student goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end the latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation. University organized International Go kart Championship which is a student initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. The Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. The Department has to its credit more than 100 research publications in International, National Journals including prestigious ASME Transactions, International Conference and National Conference. I had the same question when I was looking out for college for my B.Tech I was confused between Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Lovely Professional University Phagwara. But after discussions, thinking, and recommendations from my relatives ( Allummni of LPU) I joined LPU. It was actually a great decision. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for engineering. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. As an undergraduate, I can say Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college among these colleges. LPU becomes the best place to seek an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, the best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides great academic exposure to its students. It is a UGC-approved university that has been ranked well by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its faculty, its placements, its teaching practices, etc. Mechanical engineering deals with the working and functioning of electrical equipment, heavy machines, different materiel to make human life easy, and motor vehicles which have a large scope in the future markets. If we talk about the placement in the Mechanical branch in Mech there are huge number of students placed in Core company like Honda, Cheema Boilers, etc. If we take a look at last year's students placed in recent batch, Honda-2 students at 8 Lacs also Cheema Boilers around 7 or 8 students selected as a Trainee Many students got placed in Anglo-Eastern I. e Merchant Navy and some students in Samundra which is also a Merchant Navy Institute. Hettich India and Giga solar selected 11 students from Mechanical Engineering for packages worth 5.0 Lacks and 2.4 Lacs for on job pieces of training.
