Chandigarh University is the university with the best placements. Global companies like Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, Deloitte, Earnest & Young, Danone Foods, KPMG, Reliance Industries, Bank of America, VIVO, ICICI Bank, and ITC selected large chunk of MBA students. The year 2020 saw a jump of 20% in placement offers while a surge of 15% was registered in a number of companies visiting campus for placements in comparison to last year. The highest package offered by the Indian multinational for MBA touched Rs. 18 LPA by Go Winning while the highest international package of Rs. 28 LPA was offered by Amazon in Berlin. Both average and median salary packages offered to MBA students at Chandigarh University touched a new high in 2020. More than 30 companies recruited students from Banking & Finance specializations while 100 multinationals recruited students from Marketing and Business Analytics specializations. A total of 30 companies recruited students with HR specialization while 20+ MNCs students of IT specialization. Some of the companies which offered the highest packages included IT Companies Amazon & Mindtree which offered 28 LPA and 14 LPA respectively, and Financial & Consultancy Global firm Deloitte, which offered a Rs. 8 LPA packages to MBA students. Besides that ICICI Bank made a record number of 95 selections in a single day during campus placements 2019-20. There has been a surge of 30% in the Multi-Nationals offering a package of Rs. 5 Lacs or more and the number has touched 50 this year.

I don't know about manipal university but as LPU faculty, LPU does provide good placements. A lot of top recruiters visit the LPU campus for hiring the students, such as Tech Mahindra, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, and many other companies. Some time back, Amazon recruited 3 LPU students with a record package of 28 LPA. Also, 9 students were placed in VMware. Startups like Think & Learn and Practo has offered students dream packages of 5-10 LPA. Cognizant alone has hired over 1800 LPU students in the past. More than 550 companies are visiting LPU for recruitment. In addition to this, more than 40 companies have offered dream packages to the students of the university. The companies visiting the campus have only increased over the years. The university has been recognised by digital Learning for having the highest placement record in Northern India in the year 2018. You can see that the university puts in every effort to bring the best companies for campus recruitment, but it is only up to the student to make the most of these opportunities.

I am unaware about the placements of Manipal but I came to know about the good placement record of LPU through one of my friend who did her studies from LPU. Every year nearly 600 companies visit for campus-recruitment of students. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, Asahi India, Ceasefire Industries, Sandhar Technologies, Indus tower, Decathlon Sports, Exide Industries, Emami, Eye-Q Vision, ITC Limited, Janalakshmai Financial Services, Kelloggs, MRF, Naukri, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global, Writer Corporation, Nivesh Group, OCWEN Financial, Practo etc. Considering the above mentioned points, I can confirm that LPU is best option to pursue. LPU has floated COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for COVID survivors and their dependents as well which is the best possible effort it can provide to target every aspirant in this current scenario. Both are best in there own figure and facts but, as per students feedback, LPU is having good future perspective, This University provides lot of good infrastructure for engineering programmes and particularly for CSE they are having tie-ups with Google labs, SAP, CISCO etc. To provide advance tools for academics and has strong Placement record and top recruiters like Microsoft, Amazon India, Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. , Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini India Pvt.
