There are good numbers of Universities offering this course but I would say LPU is best. I have done MBA from Lovely Professional University and I had many friends from Civil Engineering, so I have idea course, Placements, Curriculum, as they use to share with me. School of Civil Engineering, Lovely Professional University is one of the most advanced technical and research oriented institutes with faculty and staff associated with national/ international professional bodies like IGS, IET, ISSMGE, ASCE etc. It has got up to-the-date civil engineering technical research lab-Unilab with cutting-edge technology and equipment. Unilab has NABL accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The school has rich industry and research oriented. The School has research collaboration and tie-ups with top ranked international universities. Out of 240 students in civil engineering department, only 35 got placed, and that too in IT firms and one civil core company. The highest package offered was 28 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.2 LPA. The average package was around 5 LPA.

A few good civil engineering universities can be found in India. I can give you with a solution to this problem based on feedback from students I know who are now studying Civil Engineering at LPU. So here are some of LPU's Civil Engineering highlights: Every theory subject has lab-based practical work to supplement it. The Soil Lab and the Surveying Lab, for example, are based on field testing and experimental work. Project labs provide career-oriented software training. Tools like MS-Project, STAAD Pro, MX Road, and others are required to work in this discipline. Industrial visits to nearby construction sites are scheduled from time to time. There is now construction going on there. Expect to have dust on your shoes (believe me, it will be worth a lot). You must question yourself and become interested in what is going on around you. LPU has become the landing place of many leading industries for recruitment. It has many top rankings in placements.
