How are the placements of B.Tech in automobile engineering in LPU?

LPU is good for automobile engineering. Good placements in core company as well as software company. Other than participating different events like go kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world etc. Practical based learning and valuable guest lectures also. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every of the eligible students for good placement. LPU rated as 11th Best in India from Zee News Survey in Placements. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Various major companies take part in recruitment at LPU every year, some as Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc. On an average, 200 MNCs visit our campus every year, placing around 2000 students every year. Packages vary from 7.9 LPA to 30lpa based on the individual skill. Apart from their placements, LPU also provides rich support to its students to focus on their entrepreneurship projects that can help the student set up their own business. Every year, lot of championships and competitions such as Go Kart are organized in the university for giving a platform to students for innovation and development. In 2019, when PM Modi visited to university for addressing Indian Science Congress "a driver less car" was deigned by the students to drop them from helipad to the main venue. Hope this will help you! Lovely Professional University is one of the prestigious institute of India for higher studies and placements. I have seen lot of posts by other persons that LPU is placing their students in software companies etc. Well I want to clarify this statement that: A) A company has various units like production, services, manufacturing, software etc. So when a company is visiting in the campus, they are demanding students from different branches. So, as per their requirement, the students are getting eligible for placement drives. So, there are multiple companies which are famous for their software or IT products but they are also running other units and branches also. Example is Wipro, Bosch, Tata.

Hi there, Being an alumni of LPU, I would like to through some light on the placements of B tech. LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021 rankings, only three Indian universities have made to the list of Top 200 in the World. LPU has outshined various institutions like IITs, NITs, state and central universities across India and has ranked high on parameters of Affordable and Clean Energy, and Decent Work and Economic Growth. The chances of you getting placed at a company solely depend upon you and not on anybody else for that matter. There is no set package that you receive after graduating. Job is used to sustain yourself while doing what you love. It isn't like that you provide money to the college to spend 4 years and after that, you get a job. You are getting educated and universities are not some job agencies so stop looking at a degree like that. Anyways, LPU gives great placements to capable students of automobile engineering. PLACEMENTS :The maximum package availed by students at LPU in the Automobile Engineering programme is 10 LPA from Hettich India, Intellipat. The majority opt for Teaching/Research. Students get internships at Tata Motors Jamshedpur, Century Pulp & paper, Aeolus Aero-Tech Pvt Ltd, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Sonalika Agro Solutions Tractors Ltd, Chopra Industries PVT LTD, Ultratech cement Limited, Shiroki Technico India PVT limited, Imperial Society of innovative engineer, Air India, Kartar Valve PVT LTD, INDO MIM PVT LTD, Geo Chem International Independent Inspection and testing Company, etc.
