For admission in lateral B.Tech, the eligibility is passing with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST. Or
In case marks scored in Diploma (engineering) or B.Sc (non-medical) or B.Sc (computer science) are 70% or above, then LPU-NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. Check the link below for more details:

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering) (any stream) (3 years after 10th) or B.Sc. (non-medical) or B.Sc. (computer Science) or BCA or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST. Or

Dear Lokesh, you only need 60 percent aggregate marks. If you take LPU NEST then you will get the scholarships that you earn through it, however, it is not mandatory.
