    IILM University, Gurugram organizes various Networking Events and sends students to attend various international conferences outside the college campus. The main agenda is to physically & verbally communicate in real world scenarios to understand the market & organizational structure of corporates. Apart from this, The University has added certain subjects in their curriculum like WAC, WIP, SCA which emphasize communication development of students.
