I am studying in 11th science PCM. I got 95% in Sem 1 and also preparing for JEE. Am I eligible for IIT?

Firstly, you will need to complete your class 12th, and then if you score well in JEE Mains and Advanced, then secure a good enough rank. You will have the opportunity to study in one of the IITs.

No matter on what you have score in class 11th just focus on your study because you will get IIT on basis of your JEE Advance, so just keep going and work hard.

Yes you're eligible. You need to have 50% above to be eligible for appearing JEE Advanced. But first, you have to clear JEE Mains. If you clear your cut off marks in JEE Mains you are eligible for JEE advanced.

Its good that you are preparing for IIT-JEE from now.but first focus on JEE MAIN.if you clear that.then you are eligible for JEE ADVANCE.

it does not matter whether u score 95 or 98percentu r a student of Science so eligibility is there but u can get Admission in IIT's only if u paas the entrance examination I.e.JEE Mains and JEE advance

It doesn't matter what is your score in 11th, but your 12th score matters in your selection in IIT. You must score 75% in 12th to get admitted in IIT.
