I am studying in 11th science PCM. I got 95% in Sem 1 and also preparing for JEE. Am I eligible for IIT?

It doesn't depends upon your percentages.It all depends upon your knowledge. But for IIT it is necessary to get minimum required % in 12th .

The eligibility criteria does not depend on how you perform in 11th but depends on your 12th board's top 20 percentile marks and some other eligibility criteria also matters. -
You need to attempt JEE Advanced for the same. -
There is no meaning of your 11th marks in IIT JEE. But, yes it shows better preparation. You will have to score 75%+ marks in 12th board and I think it will be easier for you so keep preparing for JEE and board.
