You need to crack JEE Mains exams then you can appear for JEE Advanced exam and then if your AIR matches the cut-off, you can take admission in IIT.

First you have to clear 12th class and then JEE Advanced.

Your 10+2 marks don't really matter until these are above 75% with PCM.

Your 11th marks doesn't matter in JEE all that matters is how well you have performed in JEE and whether your 12th board marks are above 75% or not.

Hi Harsh, It seems you are studying well. Keep it up with the same spirit. Any candidate who is appearing in 12th exam can appear for JEE Mains exam. This simply means that next year you could be able to appear in an exam of JEE Mains. Having great vision on your mind is really very good for your coming future. I am happy to observe this that your target is IIT and should be. Keep working hard like this only. But be ready with your plan B along with the preparation of JEE Mains. Go for another National level exams also like BITSAT VIT, LPU NEST etc.
20 private universities are also equally good as IITs even better than few newer IITs a

Class 11th marks don't really matter, concept clarity matters when it comes to being eligible for IIT. For that you need to clear a preliminary examination called JEE Mains and if you get a percentile above or equal to the cutoff of your respective category, you get eligible for JEE Advanced which is required if you want to get into any IIT. Good luck for the exam ahead.

No, you are not eligible because only 12th and 13th students are eligible to take the exam. Please read the rules given in the application form thoroughly first.
