Yes, you're eligible for IIT. Your score is above average. You can get a seat in IIT very easily.

Your 11th marks are not taken into consideration for IITs. To get admission in IITs you need to secure good marks in JEE Advanced.

First of all, congrats to you for scoring 95% in semester 1.
All over the world, in any kind of college, they wants 10+2 overall mark sheet (overall means, not semester vise), the final class 12th mark sheet is based on JEE marks (you need to score at least 106 above marks in JEE). You will get admission, and if you perform very well in JEE, then you also get offer to get entry in IIT (offer get it via email). So, be prepared and best of luck.
