    Hello Ayush,
Firstly, I want to tell you that there are many colleges which provides admission to you. It depends upon your interest. For the best engineering colleges, you can go for LPU Punjab and Sharda University but if you are searching for a mid budget college, then you can go for UEM, Jaipur or JECRC, Jaipur.

Go for the private college. You can join college and do your B.Tech with hard effort, or otherwise you should prepare for next year.

Well, first of all, your marks are not satisfactory for the IITs and NITs or any government college also. But don't have any reason to disappoint because there are several good private universities and colleges also with CSE. You can choose any of them and talk to them which take direct admission or through their own entrance exam. So, best of luck buddy.

Yes, you can choose any other semi-government private university as I think you might also have few chances for scholarships if you have cleared JEE according to your category.
