Brother I think the only way to help you is by taking a seat in some private college or by management quota into some better than avg college.

As your score is not so good and it will be better if you choose any college under VTU. So, do well.

You shouldn't and you can't. CS is an extremely popular branch with extremely high cut offs in IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS and other popular engineering colleges. If you really wish to pursue it, drop and prepare for JEE. Also, give your board exams again as you require at least 75 % marks if you are a general category student.

Since you got very low marks in both JEE Mains and boards, but considering your category you can get admission in not so good government colleges. Moreover, reputed private universities can also admit you but maybe the ask for the donation amount.

Rather going for admission in any college, with this score, you should try to get admission through management quota in a good a private college. Or, you should try to improve your JEE score and you can give some other entrance exams like UPSEE MMM, VITEE, SRMJEE, etc.

Yes, with this marks, it is very difficult to get any good college for B.Tech in CS you can try your home town colleges or some private college.
