If you have decided to pursue a B.Tech in computer science but your marks is not enough to get admission in B.Tech colleges, neither government college nor private college do. I will suggest you to give some different competitive exam. If you get good marks in other competitive exam, then you can easily choose the college that you want.
There is a benefit of giving other entrance exam that you will able to save you valuable one year. -

As boards marks are not considerable for finding rank of JEE Mains. So, as per your JEE score, you will not get admission in any of the top reputed colleges of India which considers JEE Mains marks, but don't need to dis-hearten now, start preparing for your other entrance examinations that you may have applied for.

7 years agoFirstly, I will advise if you are having chance of JEE Mains, then you should attempt it. Otherwise, you'll have to choose Private college. -
