Actually, the marks are quite low to get a good college but try till the last round and you'll definitely get a college all over in India.
All the best for your bright future.

If you have decided to pursue a B.Tech in computer science but your marks is not enough to get admission in B.Tech colleges, neither government college nor private college do. I will suggest you to give some different competitive exam. If you get good marks in other competitive exam, then you can easily choose the college that you want.
There is a benefit of giving other entrance exam that you will able to save you valuable one year.

    Hi Ayush,
As boards marks are not considerable for finding rank of JEE Mains. So, as per your JEE score, you will not get admission in any of the top reputed colleges of India which considers JEE Mains marks, but don't need to dis-hearten now, start preparing for your other entrance examinations that you may have applied for.
    Best of luck.

I guess, your JEE Mains score is way too less for getting admission in any reputed college even after reservations. If you aim to be only an engineer then you should probably drop a year and prepare for exams better way. Else you may take admission in any private college, if you don't wish to drop.

    Hello Ayush
With 31 marks, you will not get any reputed college, neither government nor private. If you have decided to pursue B.Tech, you can take a gap of one year for hard work and join any classes and refer NCERT textbook for PCM.

    Hi,
My first suggestion for you would be to drop the year and take coaching for JEE if you really want to be an engineer. Otherwise, there are plenty of private colleges which conduct their own entrance tests. You can try those.

Firstly, I will advise if you are having chance of JEE Mains, then you should attempt it. Otherwise, you'll have to choose Private college.
