I got 94 marks JEE Mains. Will I be able to get a good college?

Yes, why not. 94 is a good score and this time cut off of JEE is also very low as compared to previous year. -
Even you belong to OBC category, you will not be able to get good NIT with these marks. But, you can always try. -
Yes you can easily get a government college with the OBC quota, but you have to see the branches.
