    If you were absent for all five theory papers of your CBSE Class 12 exams, you typically have two options depending on your school's and CBSE's policies:

     

    1. Appear for Compartment Exams (or Supplementary Exams):

     

    CBSE allows students who miss or fail in their board exams to appear for the supplementary exams conducted later in the year.

     

    You won't have to attend school again, but you must register for these exams, often through your school.
