If you want to go for MBA, better to take BBA but if you don't want to go against your father then you can take B.Com as well and then further go for MBA. The only difference is that by pursuing BBA you can build a good foundation.

BBA and B.Com both are good choices. Graduation doesn't affect more on MBA. But B.Com has good career opportunities than BBA. You should just go with your father's decision.

Hi Arshie, I will suggest you to do BBA, because doing MBA will become more easy after BBA.

If we talk about MBA there are many specializations, if you are looking for finance then B.Com is much better, but if you want to change the specialisation then BBA is good. Many universities are providing best options for B.Com or BBA as Dual or Integrated degrees with MBA. Some of the universities are Christ University, Bangalore
    Madras Christian College (MCC), Chennai
Amity Faculty of Management, Banasthali University, Rajasthan
    Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar.

BBA will be better as you would be heading directly into the course when you would do MBA. Plus, the scope and career opportunities would have grown up vastly for you. So you will get a headstart into the career.

The best option is to pursue Integrated BBA+MBA course, which is only 5 years long. If your goal is MBA, then it is the best option you have.

You would get a job on the basis of MBA. So, you can choose any one of these two options. You should have a minimum of 50% to 55% in your Bachelor's degree and need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST). You can do MBA in any specialization of your interest. I am listing below some of the common and most opted specialisations of the MBA course:
    International Business Management,
    Agribusiness Management,
    E-Business/E-Commerce,
    Financial Market, Entrepreneurship,
    Finance,
    Human Resources Management,
    Information Systems,
    Marketing,
    Operations Management,
    Strategic/Risk Management,
    Technology Manageme

    Hello Imran,
According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses.
If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants.
B.Com, on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study.
Thus, it is advisable to first chalk out your skills, aptitude and area of interest before taking up any of the courses. Instead of looking at the money-
