I will complete my BE civil engg. this May & would like to do my Masters in civil engg. (construction management). How should I proceed?
I will be writing the IELTS in July or September & would like to know the colleges that provide the above-specified course in New Zealand, UK, Europe, Canada. Can you mention good universities according to their ranking?

Yes, there are plenty of opportunities of pursuing your dream MS abroad in a good University. Admissions to all the universities is not purely a function of scoring maximum in your qualifying examination. There are many more criteria.
