Iam from MBA back ground, did dual specialisation in HR and marketing, my 3rd sem and 4th sem results did not come, so can I eligible?

You are eligible, but I do not see the need of doing any more MBA degree courses because you already have two of them being done. I would say wait for the results to come out as some colleges require that.
