No, CAT isn't required for all MBA colleges, it depends upon which mba college you are targeting. Suppose if you are targeting XLRI you have to write XAT not ca.

Cat is undoubtedly the best test for admission in MBA colleges but it is not the only test for MBA admission. There are several other tests also like MAT, XAT etc, moreover a lot of institutes like IIFT. NIMS etc conducts their separate tests

    Hello Rishabh,
Most of the reputed colleges accept CAT score- like all IIMs, IRMA, MDI, FMS, JBS.
There are few other institutes like XLRI, NMIMS, IIFT which goes for their own special entrance exam. So decide the colleges which you want to target and then check which exam score they accept.

CAT is considered to be the prime exam accepted by almost all MBA colleges in the country m but certainly its not compulsory . It depends that which institute you want to get into and the exams that they accept for admission .m so you can go to the website of your desired college and check for their eligibility criteria

Not really. CAT is the most preferred one. MAT and many other also there. Many of the private universities go with or WITHOUT the score of CAT. They have their own selection mechanisms. GD and Personal Interview remains common to most.

Dear aspirant , CAT is not a compulsion to take admission in every college. Some colleges do take their own test too like Symbiosis , Amity university. So firstly you need to list the favorite colleges and than check the admission eligibility.
    All the best
