Is it possible to get admission in Economics if I am not from the arts stream? What is the overall eligibility criteria for admissions?

Absolutely yes, you can surely pursue a course in Economics after class 12th depending on the college you wish to get into.
Eligibility-
The minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/ university with a minimum aggregate score of 50 (mathematics being a must). Candidates awaiting their final examinations results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.

It is absolutely possible to get admission in economics if you are not from arts stream (class 12th). However, the criteria is different for different universities/colleges. For eg, in Delhi University, you must have maths & economics in class 12th with excellent grades to clear their cut-off. And you know very well that how much you have to score in class 12th to clear DU's cut-off. Unlike DU, some other universities like IP University and Amity University don't ask you to have maths as a subject in class 12th.
