I could certainly mention that LPU offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the important points to be considered for this are:

The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. Without any bias towards any particular college, I ll offer you my own perspective. It depends on your end goals or objectives. Your decision making should not be on the basis of placements, packages but on quality of students ( your peer group), faculty, infrastructure, curriculum, and the alumni network. When it comes to choosing the best university for engineering, IIT becomes the first preference but IIT is not just the only option. Few of the other leading options for engineering are :

As far as teaching is concerned, majority of the faculty members are Ph.D. and other are pursuing Ph.D. The teachers teach in a very effective way and follow the latest teaching pedagogies. The Mechanical dept. Organizes many conferences and guest lectures in which top management from leading mechanical industry takes part and deliver quality content to the students. In my opinion, LPU is best university to study mechanical engineering.

Yes, Mechanical Engineering at LPU is one of the best stream in B.Tech. Students get good practical knowledge and innovative pedagogy is used for teaching, students are involved in live projects, good placements opportunities as well.

LPU is a great university to pursue mechanical engineering. I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty is there who are always there for students. This university is best for the student who really wants to learn and grow in their respected fields.
