Chandigarh University is the best institute for Distance learning with the most convenient & affordable distance education in India. Learn at your own pace with CU-IDOL offering the best, industry-relevant UG & PG courses for Distance education in Punjab. You can pursue M.A. BBA BCA M.A. Etc. But Civil is a practical subject, No institute can have distance edu in B.Tech civil.

Hello Ragini, at least presently in India open universities are not allowed to offer any professional courses by distance education mode. However your brother can do AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all purposes. Best wishes to your brother.
