Dear Khuntia Babu,
IAS part time hue nahi. Every year the applications are made between Nov and Jan and one has to take the Prelims in May. Then the mains in October. There's no part time system for Civil Services.
Yes, if you are asking question about fee for IAS Coaching, it varies from place to place.

Although, IILM is a decent Institute but the best branch of IILM is IILM Lodhi Road so, keep you first preference IILM Lodhi Road. Few of others which you can consider are: AMITY, NL Dalmia, Alliance, JIMS, and Christ etc.

hi shyamal, you can look into Waikato, univ of Auckland and AUT. Waikato is known for business related courses. In NZ as such there is no ranking followed and all the 8 univ are ranked equally. But waikato stand out for its courses in business.
