Yes it is very much possible as CAT is just an entrance exam and is accepted by many of the reputed institutes.
If you are not interested in giving CAT then you can look forward to giving other entrance exams like SNAP, MAT, NMAT etc.

If you are keen to pursue MCA from IITs, for this you need to be eligible for applying to the course.
The eligibility as follows:
Bachelors degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least one year for annual system candidates/ at least two papers of Mathematics for semester system candidates with a minimum of 55% in graduate degree for the general students and 50% for reserved categories.
To take admission in MCA in IIT, you will require to qualify JAM test which is conducted somewhere in the month of May every year. You may apply post the invitation of the notification released in various leading newspapers.
