vipin .PHD is preferable as u wanna go in the field of research and doing it from IIT will be cherry on the cake. on the other hand if you go for Mtech u will get gud offers from the private as well as govt sector for jobs.as u have 10 years of teaching exp can also go for lecturership in colleges.

If you are looking for good growth in your career better would be that you reappear for CAT, get a good score and get admission into a decent B-School but if you dont want to reappear then you can either go for other State level entrances like MAH CET, TAN CET or apply to Universities which have their own Entrance Examinations like GGSIPU, NMIMS etc. Another option could be to apply through Management quota, in the private Universities, in which you dont have to take any entrance but have to pay double or triple the course fees.
