Educational:
1. For Bachelor program in psychology, you need to pass class 12th.
2. For Post graduate courses in psychology, you need to have Bachelor's degree in psychology.
3. For Ph.D/ M.Phil, you need to have PG or Diploma in psychology.
Hence, it would be difficult to get admission in PG as you do not have the graduation in the same field.

I would like you to inform that CAT,MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT score is essential for taking admission in any MBA/PGDM college and if you have not given any examination yet then you still have time, you can apply for May 2017 MAT or ATMA.

Both XISS and KIAMS are good colleges. However, going by the specialisation, XISS is best known for its HR specialisation among other specialisation available. Whereas, KIAMS is known for marketing among other available specialisations. So it depends on the profile you want to opt for in future.
