Hi Shubham,
If you are really fond of technical things and looking for a career in the engineering sector in terms of RnD or teaching, then you can opt for MS in the same field. Otherwise, you can work for a year or 2 and pursue MBA from abroad.
MS management or PG Diploma in management can also be taken now. You should evaluate all the pros and cons before coming to a decision.

Hi Twalhath,
MBA programs in UK requires 3 years of work experience and if you want to get into a good university, then you must meet the requirements. MS is the better option. 1 year programs from UK are not recognized in India, so you should check pros and cons. Alternatively, you can look for other countries like Canada or Australia. Finance professionals are also in demand in these regions.

If you are a fresher, it may be a problem, but its not always the same for all and every college. If you are a fresher and gets a good placement even from an average B-School than its beneficial. If you have good knowledge of your field and even if you placed in a small organisation and you work efficiently, you can grow well in that particular field. So, in all it depends on individuals dedication and hard work to make progress. Its always students make a mediocre college best.

If you simply doing engineering and lifetime job after it without pursuing higher studies like MBA or M.Tech, it won't be beneficial for anyone to show talent, earnings and to get platform better than where someone stands today. Exception for not doing M.Tech and all only goes to persons having ample of knowledge and skills like Bill gates and Zuckerberg and all.
Hope you got my point.
