You have two options for doing LLB after 10+ 2 board in any subject:
(a) You can join Five years integrated law degree course by appearing for CLAT and law entrance examinations of universities.
(b) You can do graduation in subject of your choice and join 3 years LLB. Candidates with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks from recognised university are eligible to seek admission in 3 years LLB course. Admissions are based on either entrance exam or marks obtained in the qualifying exam, whatever the admission norms of the Institution of concern. Some of the Universities consider candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifyin

Hi
No, you can't go for LLB and LLM directly after 12th. So, options available to you are:
An integrated degree like BA+ LLB (Hons) or B.A.+LLB (Hons) or B.Com+ LLB. (Hons) depending on your interest. Eligibility for all of these degrees in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to clear some entrance test (depending upon the university you want to take admission in).
B.A + LLB (Hons): Targeting students with an interest to pursue legal education with social sciences to benefit society. Creation of well trained and dedicated professionals in the legal framework.
B.A.+ LLB (Hons): Graduates
