You have to first decide where you want to study, remember that every country has different admission requirements and you have to prepare accordingly. Mainly, you have to maintain good academic record, so work hard on your studies, if you are a good student you will have options everywhere. You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS for English language proficiency requirements. You may have to take exams like SAT or ACT if you want to study in USA.

I personally suggest you if you want to apply for Canada then apply for Permanent resident because after five years of working experience it will be beneficial for you rather than applying as student .

ICFAI Distance MBA is too vast and too tough. It is impossible to pass the exam having minimum 50% passing criteria even if you are not working. I had to step back.
Take admission only if you want to study the subjects in too depth and ready face challenge of tough exams.
If you can't then your hard earn money will be on risk.
Study material is good.
