With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you, as universities in US and Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
As you are pursuing B.com., you can pursue masters in management or finance form universities in UK.
To pursue masters degree form universities in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
