As for the remuneration, it depends on the type of organization. In India, a junior hospital manager can earn in the range of Rs 8,000 - Rs 12,000 per month. An experienced and qualified hospital manager can earn more than Rs 40, 000 per month. Large corporate organizations pay a lucrative amount as salary. Lecturers can expect around of Rs15, 000.
The demand for skilled and experienced managers in foreign countries is reasonably high. The salary offered by hospitals abroad may be a number of times more than that of the salary in India.

If you are interested to train yourself for pre-school then eligibility is Class XII with 50% aggregate. Teachers with diplomas in education / Bachelors in education teach the primary classes. Graduates of Home Science also serve the purpose.
For B.Ed Degrees after graduation and post-graduation you may opt for teacher's training colleges. You may even consider correspondence courses for teachers if you are currently working.

After PG/M.Phil courses, if interested to be a lecturer, you need to undergo NET exam, conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC. If you are interested in journalism and want to pursue UG then I would suggest you to go with BMM. Reason being Mass Comm / Media is a very vast domain and offers a lot such as Advertising, production, direction, cinematography etc. and YES Journalism is also a part of it. And to be honest, there are very few institutes offering a specialized course in Journalism at UG level.
As a friend, I would suggest you to go with BMM and explore the dynamic Media industry so that you can get to know other career options that are available other than Journalism.

Hi,
After completing your B.Tech, you have two options, i.e:
1.To opt for a Job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA or M.Tech)
How ever as per your profile, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opt for higher studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can opt for MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.
