Be alert when you listen to someone speaking English, be it at your workplace, at a party or on television. Watch out for common expressions and usages. If you are able to grasp regularly used ways of greeting and small talk, you will be able to initiate speaking more confidently. Start noting simple things: If you meet someone at a party, do you always end up saying, 'Hi! Nice meeting you.'?
While listening to English speakers definitely helps, it is important to read if you wish to expedite the process of improving.Try reading comic, newspaper articles, gadget manuals to movie reviews.While reading, try and get a feel of the language and usage of words.
Don't study alone if you have some friends. It can help you to build your emotion which means you learn English fast and easily.practice with your friends and family. Talking with a good English speaker can help improvise your usage of words and formation of sentences.
Do not hesitant when speaking because this can make you stammer or make the conversation sound stilted and too forced. But, do not also speak too fast because it will be difficult for people to understand you.

A professional photographer can get job opportunities in advertising agencies, newspapers, fashion and design companies, news channels, industrial houses, government departments and magazines etc.
A candidate is just required to pass their 10+2 examination for enrollment in a Diploma or Certificate course in photography.
And as far as I know Delhi and Mumbai and Kolkata is a good place where there is a demand for photographers.
