If you're considering SRM only, then SRM Kattankulathur campus which is also the main campus of the university. It's best among all its campuses in terms of faculty, placements, infrastructure, etc. You will also get a lot of exposure as you will get to meet a lot of people from all over the country, also the cultural life in the college is great as we have a lot of events going in the campus all round the year and we also have a lot of clubs and teams to be a part of where you can get to learn a lot and get a chance to showcase you talent in the national and international level.

MBA degree can be awarded by a B-school affiliated to a university. PGDM degree is awarded by a private autonomous B-school and they follow their own syllabus. PGDM syllabus is flexible and more aligned to industry.
Sometime B-schools follow both university and their own syllabus simultaneously. Students are required to appear for both university and B-schools exams.

Hello Vaishnavi,
Every university abroad has its own scholarship scheme. The scholarships are given on merit. Your application will be automatically considered for scholarship, when you submit your form. Exams are mostly not required.
You should visit some university websites for such details. They have a separate section for financial aid for international students.
