Won't be able to tell you what would be the approximate cut off. Because it varies every year and it is not a fixed science. But as per my personal experience I would suggest anything above 300+ would give you very much +ve chances of conversion. So you can aim for the same. But as mentioned the marks out of 400 are not like a fixed format. So all I can suggest you is give your best in the Micro presentation & personal interview which is completely in your hands. Because 10th & 12th marks are already something which is done & dusted. The same is with the entrance exams score. So pull up your socks for the micro presentation & persona

CMAT exam is entrance exam for Management Schools (i.e for MBA) and not to get admission in MCA. Please get it clear from your respective college which you have applied for.
