Micro presentation is a part of the admission structure to secure admission at IES MCRC for the PGDM course which is followed by a personal interview
For micro presentation there would a panel of 2 professors who would judge you on various parameters. The topics are not going to be that difficult. They are going to be some easy topics. As per my experience these were few of the topics - entertainment industry, social networking : boon or bane, why mba ?, scope of foreign institutes in india, fake currencies, IPL : boon or bane etc. You cant expect the same topics ofcourse. but you can expect the topics to be on the similar lines. The topics would also be general and related to the recent happenings
You would be given 5 mins after you pick up a piece of paper on which your topic would be mentioned. At the end of 5 mins you have to come forward & present on your topic in front of the panel and 10-15 candidates.
You have to speak for 4 mins & 1 mins would be for question & answer, wherein the panel would ask you questions related to your topic & related to what you spoke
Also, once you are done presenting, you would be given a sheet on which you got to write on the same topic and submit

Since you are already in a job of EPC document controller, an MBA in HR does not help. A distance learning MBA is helpful only if you are in similar job. Normally, a document controller works in the area of coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents ,drawings and commercial correspondence. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Considering this, your qualification should be such that it should help you to grow in your career. As stated, HR has nothing to do with this activities.
You should pursue following courses from NICMAR
Post Graduate Programme in Project Management (PGP PM)
Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS)
Graduate Programme in Construction Quantity Surveying (GP QS)
A. Eligibility for admission to distance education programmes
a. For Post Graduate Programmes
Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Planning OR
Bachelor's degree in any non engineering discipline with 2 years experience OR
Certificate holders of graduate programmes of NICMAR.
b. For Graduate Programmes
Diploma in any branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Planning OR
Bachelor's degree in any non engineering discipline with 2 years work experience in a construction firm.
You may also pursue PG courses from University of Hyderabad
Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM)
If you are not from engineering background, you should look for doing a course related to a civil engineering or architecture as an engineering background is more preferred qualification.
Unfortunately, MHRD has banned all distance learning engineering programmes.
However, you may opt for BITS Piani's BS in engineering management programme. This does not have UGC DEB and AICTE approval, but the institute is highly reputed so has demand in the job market too.
If you are an engineering graduate, you should opt for M.Tech in work integrated programme of BITS in engineering management.

Leva, If you are confused about careers after 12th/ graduation, there are a few ways to approach this. One, is to go for a career counsellor who would take parametric tests and identify your strengths and weaknesses and advise career categories to attempt. Also, if you are very good with, and like maths and programming, you may opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). Whereas, if you are good with Drawing and Creative opt for Design (Animation, VFX, Games, Fashion). If you are good with words become a writer (content, news, fiction, ads) or director. If you are good with keeping records go for Accounts or Stats or administration. If you are good with logic and have patience go for Law. If you are good at memorizing and love nature and are caring go for medical. If you are good with people and are quick with decisions, go for Management. If you are good with nothing become a politician (haha, pun intended - actually you need very good insight into future for this). Wish you the best for your career. Mukilan, job security happen when you take some insecure education like a Degree. When you are directly acquiring skills that are sought in the market where does the question of job security come up? Unless of course one is asking whether someone would continue to employ you if you have the skills, surely they would. In fact skills are something that can't be overlooked, where as administrative jobs roles are always replaceable, and not only by people but also by software.
What is your job security when the software becomes your manager and clerk. So then only skilled people would be left - that the world we are today. So go get the right skill from a genuine institute.
Do not concentrate too much on salary. After experience the salary can be anything literally (of course with some alignment with your experience). too much thought on salary would defocus you. and any numbers i give here would stick to your mind and comparison with those throughout your life would be inevitable. it is best to know that you'd earn somewhat proportionate to your talent and risk taking ability.
